After creating your bot, the next step is deploying it on your WhatsApp Business Account for seamless customer interactions. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth deployment process.

Reach out to our support team for WhatsApp Business Account onboarding assistance. They will guide you through the setup process, ensuring a hassle-free integration.

To understand the pre-requisites for deploying a bot on your WhatsApp Business Account, plesae refer - Iris Engage WhatsApp Bot Pre-requisites Section.

Once the pre-requisites are ready, head over to Deploy section from the Menu bar and choose – WhatsApp Channel. This would show you the list of WhatsApp Business Accounts Configured as Endpoints in Iris Engage.
