Customers
Contact / Customer Profile stores information about the end users interactions. To search for a contact profile, head over to Customers Section from the left menu. Click on the desired profile to see the recent interactions from the customer.
Click on the “Edit” icon if you wish to edit the name of the customer. To view the messages listed in recent interactions, simply click on the interaction.
