Interactions
Generate detailed interaction reports by navigating to “Interactions” in the Reports Menu. This section displays all interactions on both the Bot and Agents.


Use filter options to narrow down & refine search results. You can export the search results to PDF / CSV using the export icons available on the top right corner of the report.

To view the messages of a conversation (Completed, Abandoned, Cleared etc), simply click on the report and the messages would be displayed on a pop up. If the selected interaction is a Customer-Agent conversation, you will be redirected to the Corresponding Messages section.

Tagged Interactions
To search for tagged interactions, navigate to Tagged Interactions Report. To narrow down the results, please use the filter button on the top right corner.
