After successfully onboarding your WhatsApp Business Account and completing the deployment process, you can now track the interactions & gather essential statistics using Iris Engage’s Dashboard & Reporting.
Navigate to Home Button to access Iris Engage – Administrator Dashboard.

All Interactions : Total number of interactions for the selected duration.
Avg Chat Duration : Average duration of all interactons received on the Bot & Agent.
Abandoned : Total number of interactions missed / unattended by Agents.
Waiting for Agent : Total number of interactions currently waiting for Agent’s Assistance.
Channel Statistics : Graphical representation of interactions received on Each Channel
Top Hits : This widget showcases the top 5 menu options that your customers are selecting. This information is calculated based on the Options/Menu that your customer is selecting & the Next Menu/Actoin configured on your Chat Bot Story.
Agent-wise Performance : Agent performace chart based on the no: of chats handled by each agents
New Customers : Total number of New Customers Interacted (Based on the Customer Profile created in Iris Engage)
Existing Cistomers : Total number of Existing Customers Interacted (Based on the Customer Profiles in Iris Engage)
Agent Transfer Rate : Rate of Agent Transfer to Total Inbound Interactions
