Forgot Password
If you've forgotten your Iris Engage password, don't worry; resetting it is a straightforward process:
Access the Login Page: Start by visiting the Iris Engage login page at https://<domain-name>:8085/.
Select "Forgot Password": On the login screen, find and click the "Forgot Password" option.
Enter Your Email: In the prompted field, enter the email address associated with your Iris Engage account. This allows us to send you a password reset link.
Check Your Email: After entering your email, check your inbox. You'll receive an email containing a password reset link.
Click the Reset Link: Inside the email, you'll find a link. Click on it to proceed with the password reset.
Set a New Password: Once you've clicked the link, you'll be directed to a page where you can create a new password. Enter your desired password and confirm it.
Successfully Reset: Congratulations! Your password has been reset. You can now log in to Iris Engage using your new password.
Remember to keep your new password secure and accessible only to you.
