Create Campaign

Head over to Campaigns--> Campaign and click on the Create button to add a new campaign.

Select “Broadcast” radio button and enter the required details.

Name : Name of the Campaign

Sender : Sender (desired enpoint)

Channel : Select the Channel for broadcast (whatsapp)

Template : Select the approved template.

Story & Node : If you want to redirect customer to a specific story / node when customer reply to a campaign, select the desired story & node.

Choose Audiance : Choose your Audience by uploading the list of customers from a CSV file

You can download the sample format file by clicking the link “download sample file”

If the message template have Variables, click Map variables option. You would need to map the variables & data which is available from CSV file.

Once done, click choose when to run the Campaign.

Click “Save & Preview” button to see the Broadcast Details & Preview. If you wish to send a test message. Click on the “Test” button and enter the WhatsApp number to send test message.

Once you create the campaign, check the status by navigating to Campaigns section. Status would be updated to “Completed” once system complete sending the messages.

Click on the campaign to see the details.
