Templates

Navigate to Campaigns --> Templates and Click on the Create new button.

Enter the details to create a new Message Template.

Select the Sender (desired endpoint), Channel (WhatsApp) and the Language. Enter a name for the Template and add the template code (approved one).

Select the Type of the Message (Standard-Text only or Media & Interactive). If its media & Interactive, you can add buttons & media to the message.

Enter the details as per the approved WhatsApp Message Template and click on “Save” button.
