Create / Edit Your Bot

Creating and configuring a bot is a breeze with Iris Engage. Follow these simple steps to get started

Accessing the Build Section

Navigate to the “Build” section from the Menu Bar. Here, you’ll find a comprehensive overview of all the available bots in the system.

Creating a New Bot

If you wish to create a new bot, click on the “Create New” button. You can give a Name for your Bot and select the preferred channels that you plan to deploy (this can be modified later as well).

Editing an Existing Bot

To edit an existing bot, click on the bot's name within the Build Section. This will take you to the configurations page, where you can modify its settings, story, and behavior according to your requirements.
